Reserving one working day a week for 'working ON your company', as opposite to soley 'working IN your' company is considered a best practice whiten the Scaling Up world.

Similarly I would urge you to  invest  6-8 hours to 'Get it Done', at least for the first 6 weeks of the program.

(Counting from the moment you receive the preparation mails, usually 14 days prior to the first Live Session).

Another best practice is to block two morning time-slots every week to 'work ON you company, each app. 2-3 hours long. In that, the 'Get it Done' program is a perfect time to  pick up the habit of reserving times for 'Deep Work' in your calendar!

Having said that, the set up of the program allows you to work on the Growth Tools, such as the One Page Strategic Plan, in whatever time you have got, with small chunked instructions and assignments that take anything between 5 to 15 minutes.
